These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website (sjx.ca) and the services provided by SJX Corporation, doing business as SJX Express (“SJX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). 1. Services

SJX provides freight brokerage and logistics services by arranging transportation between shippers and carriers. We do not own or operate transportation equipment. All shipments are subject to separate rate confirmations, broker–carrier agreements, and applicable contracts.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information about your shipments.
Comply with all applicable laws, including customs and cross-border requirements.
Not use our services for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

SJX acts solely as an intermediary between shippers and carriers.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers or third parties.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of brokerage fees paid to SJX for the specific shipment in question, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Payments

All charges and invoices must be paid in accordance with the terms set out in the rate confirmation or invoice.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on sjx.ca, including logos, trademarks, text, and designs, are the property of SJX Corporation unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
